FAQs

The best time depends on what you want to experience. If you prefer fewer crowds and a clear view of the city, early morning or late evening slots are good. But if you are after a magical sunset view, book a ticket between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Just note, these sunset hours are the busiest and a bit more expensive.

The light and laser show runs every 30 minutes from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM(until 11:00 PM on weekends, subject to seasonal changes). The exact timing may vary depending on the season or events.

Yes. Most tickets, especially for Levels 124 and 125, have a time slot—and you’re usually allowed to stay for up to 1.5 hours. For Level 148 (At the Top SKY), you can stay 45 minutes at that level, but can continue to explore Level 124 & 125 after that.

On average, you’ll need about 1 to 1.5 hours to fully enjoy your visit. This includes elevator time, waiting lines, and time spent enjoying the view and taking photos. If it’s crowded (especially during sunset), it might take a bit longer.

It’s best to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your slot, especially during peak hours. This gives you enough time to get through security and reach the elevator on time.

The best time to visit is between November and March. The weather is cooler (around 20–30°C), perfect for enjoying outdoor views. But it’s also the busiest season, so expect more crowds. If you prefer fewer people and cheaper tickets, go between June and September, but be ready for the heat (35–40°C).

Tip: Winter mornings have the clearest skies. Summer evenings are great if you want to enjoy the indoor lounges on Levels 152–154.

Yes, the Burj Khalifa stays open during all holidays, including New Year’s Eve and Eid. But these dates are very busy — especially around sunset (4:00 PM to 6:30 PM).
If you’re visiting during holidays, it’s best to book your tickets 2–3 weeks in advance to get your preferred time slot.
